How do I ensure I choose the correct size for my costume?
Each product page features a detailed size chart specific to that costume. We recommend measuring your height, chest, and waist before ordering, as costume sizing often differs from standard everyday clothing.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. However, to be eligible for a refund, costumes must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. Returns are not accepted for items purchased after October 24th for that current season.
How long does shipping take before Halloween?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. During the peak October season, we recommend choosing Priority or Overnight shipping at checkout to ensure your costume arrives before your event.
Are the accessories shown in the photos included?
Items included in the set are listed under the 'What's in the Box' section on each product page. Often, props like plastic weapons, wigs, or boots are sold separately to allow for customization.
Do you offer group or bulk order discounts?
Yes! If you are ordering for a dance troupe, corporate event, or a large family group (10+ costumes), please contact our support team to receive a custom discount code.
