At Halloween Costumes 4U, we want you to be thrilled with your spooky look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, masks, wigs, and makeup are final sale once opened.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Costume
Place the items back in their original retail packaging with all included accessories and tags attached to ensure eligibility.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your shipping box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
